District Fall Registration



Step 1:  Find your chapter number.  Ms. Kim Bayliss or your coordinator can provide this information.  If they are not able to give you the information, you can contact Lisa Smothers, Membership Director, membership@fbla.org

Step 2:  Depending on your district, you would collect registration and membership dues at this point.  For example:  Registration for District III Fall Conference is $16.  Membership for Nationals is $6.  Membership for State is $3.  Membership for Local Dues is $1.  In my chapter, I collect a total of $26 to cover the conference and all their dues.  Your district conference may have a different registration fee.


Note:  Some Districts have converted to a Google Form for all Registration needs.  Follow your District's instructions for Fall registration.  The information below is not needed if this is the case for your District.

Step 3:  Enter your students into the District Conference Registration. Go to the registration site found on your district website.  Click Registration.

Click Add My Chapter.

Add YOUR Information and click Save to proceed.

Add your student names, participant types and T-shirt Size. Hit Save at the end of each student to add a new one.

Participants can be any of the following:  Student, Adviser, District Officer, or President.  You can also buy Extra T-shirts from some coordinators.
Finish registration by adding all your students who will be attending the conference.







Your invoice will appear when you click "Finished Registering."

Step 5:  At this point, you will follow procedures with your school to get a check issued to the District Coordinator for registration.
